Welcome to the website for the Cemaes Maritime Collection which is situated at Cemaes Bay, a village on the North coast of Anglesey. It is this coast that is the subject of the collection which houses a series of pictures, photographs, and memorabilia charting the development, and tragedies, of shipping through the ages.

Twelve ship wrecks form the backbone of our collection but also in our museum is an array of pictures,
models and artifacts relating to other vessels from a bygone age.

Visit the Gallery pages to get a taste of what we have on display.

Cemaes Bay is a great place to visit; we are on a popular section of the Anglesey Coastal Path, we have sandy beaches and an array of cafes and pubs/inns and hotels. When you are planning a visit to the area be sure to arrange a visit to our museum - we have no set entry fee, we simply accept donations with all proceeds going to the RNLI.

Please visit this website again soon - we are always adding more pictures and information.
